Stress in the workplace is always blamed for the pain people feel. Next, you should look into less impactful sports so that your back can heal and get better properly. Once you choose sports that a low impact and a bed that is more supportive, you could find that your back pain is almost gone because you’re finally listening to it.
- Spinal Issues. Did you know that a herniated disc can mean horrendous pain that starts as a niggle? The little sponge discs between our vertebrae act as cushions to all things impactful, but if one of these starts to slip out of place? You can bet you’re going to feel that! - Emotional Stress. We’ve mentioned stress at the beginning of this article, but not all stress is work related. Back pain isn’t a joke and it’s never something you should ignore, even if you do believe that it’s all fine and you can shake it off.
