How to Choose a Roofing Marketing Agency in 2026: Eight Agencies Compared

Roofing marketing agencies charge very different amounts. Footbridge Media charges $249 a month, while Contractor Marketing Pros starts its SEO packages at $3,797, and neither figure includes the ad budget that Google bills to the roofer directly.

The agencies below are in alphabetical order, and every figure comes from the agency’s own website as of October 2026.

Four questions to ask any roofing marketing agency

How long is the contract, and what does it take to leave? Some agencies publish month-to-month terms and many publish none. Get the cancellation terms in writing before you pay a setup fee.

Who owns the Google Business Profile, the website and the domain? Google requires an agency that manages your profile to keep you as its owner or co-owner. The website and domain are a separate question, so put the answer in the contract.

What counts as a lead, and can you see each one? A lead count in a monthly report means little until you can open the call recording or form entry behind each lead and match it to a booked inspection.

What does the monthly fee cover, and what is billed on top? Ad spend, setup fees and website builds are often separate. Ask for every cost in the first year on one page.

The $4,000 plan guarantees 20 exclusive roof replacement inspections in the first 90 days, provided the roofer’s Local Services Ads stay funded at Google’s recommended budget, or Zentora works for free until they arrive. Best for roofers who want published prices, no contract and to work with Aaryan Gupta directly.

How to narrow the list

Start with what you need most. A new roofing company that mainly needs a website can start with one of the low monthly plans. An established roofer chasing more replacement jobs usually needs Local Services Ads and SEO working together, which is where most of the agencies above compete.

Shortlist two or three, put the four questions to each, and compare them on what a signed roof would cost you: the agency’s fee plus your ad spend, divided by the roofs you expect to sign. The lowest monthly price is not always the lowest cost per roof.

Before those calls, find out where your company shows up on Google Maps today, so you have a baseline to hold every agency’s promises against. Zentora’s free Google Maps heatmap shows a roofing company its rank at 25 points around its office in a few minutes, with no sales call.
